Heidrick & Struggles, one of the top international executive search and consulting firms, asked us to stage
its annual Worldwide Consultant's Meeting in Miami. How would we get seasoned executives who have seen it all
to sit up and take notice?
Video crews around the world captured comments from clients and directors. From this
we created impressive opening sequences for days one and two, along with sound-byte testimonials that were
inserted throughout the three-day conference to create a thematic thread with a consistent and unified message.
With unscripted interviews, results aren't entirely predictable, so through precise editing we created a finished
product that was both serious and appropriately lighthearted. Not only did these videos form a key element of the
conference, they provided plenty of material for subsequent communication and website needs. We then produced a
candids finale, featuring the consultants enjoying the meeting while interacting and taking part in conference
Breakouts? We had breakouts! Given the fast-changing environment of a worldwide meeting, our team coordinated
complex logistical elements and 11th-hour changes, requests and graphics. We had everything running like clockwork
and all presentation elements perfectly integrated. It's all part of the job.
Then we were asked to take formal business photos of all the partners - in one hour! We did! When 10 studio photographers
finished in the allotted time, they had captured 287 images. We also set up a group photo of all 350 attendees on
the beach and helped stage an exhilarating off-site party at a local Cuban nightspot with an array of Heidrick &
Struggles environmental branding elements.
